RestroInvoice provides cloud restaurant POS and hotel management software on a subscription basis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account, your staff's access, and the data you enter. Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Paid plans are billed per outlet, in advance, via our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
You own the data you enter. We process it per our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion by contacting us.
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or for non-payment.
